Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..

Company will soon shift from medium scale to large scale company. It's employees are hardworking and dedicated. Company is good ,but very slow growth . Salary is very low . Company is totally money centered and do not focus on career growth of their workers. Permanent workers who are working from 20 years have very low salary near 10000 rs per month. They people show this is small company but fact is that they have 4 units and 1 big marriagegarden and many other sources of earning and if this is small company then from where they have earned such lots of money . Why they do not pay salary as per today's requirements . They only uses us . Overall company's MD and other management people are good but they are very stingy . Growth is very slow and salary is very low in staff. Working hours are also long in very low salary . This type of people and company require to be in focus of Indian government and government should take strict action on such companies.
