I didn't like anything about Mangalore Institute of Technology And Engineering. The worst place to work. Horrible work culture, no job security.

Dislikes

The chairman is an ego-centered human. He does not care about his employees. He only wants the work to be done. The Principal is next in line. He does not grant leaves. Treats his employees in a bad manner.

Worklife balance is very poor apart from teaching and research other things only more data entry operator and call center operator for everything u call to students counselling r we physchatrist to counselling them u can enquire for two three times if he not interested how to counselling again and again

Job security is not apermanent one..it depends work performance, management is regid one, company policy is not as what we expect etc...

Dislikes

Work timings is not proper one, increment is also poor , managment policy is not a satisfactory .

Work Details

Doing student admision at hostel, maintaing records related their daily attendence, health issues, fees collecting, leave , take care of their health and safety in the hostel, maintaing study hours, mess bill collecting, hostel fee collection etc...
