Good work environment and teammates are supportive.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adress our issues. Their is no job security, they didn't support me during this pandemic covid-19. In short they just want their work to be done anything else doesn't matter for them, that's all!

Work Details

I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. Overall I enjoyed my work!

Work-Life Balance, The work pressure sometimes becomes high.

Being a PRT Teacher, Overall, I enjoy with my students and make study fun for them with more and more activities and experiments for which the school supports me a lot. I get the guidance time to time from seniors which enhances my professional growth.

Basically this is an education group, not a construction company based on Faridabad and many more other branch in Up,Punjab, Haryana etc .

I had worked from 2014-2017 in Manav Rachna sector 21-C. I had found the management was extremely supportive during my personal tragedy. The work environment and way of teaching was very innovative as well as interesting. The teachers and our seniors were always there to support wheneve r required. I would surely like to work again if the opportunity comes...Read More

During my work tenure, I was fully satisfied about everything. Only flaw I felt was that more of debates, extempore, group discussions and public speaking should be encouraged.

Work Details

My job was very interesting and helpful in getting better at the teaching techniques. I was able to use my art and craft talent to make activities for the students. The teammates were great and teamwork was enjoyable.
