One will be listened if have something sensible to say or suggest. Supportive seniors with always ready to help. What I like the most is one can learn immensely if wishes to. If someone is ready to take over more responsibilities in order to gain experience and knowledge in areas, they are not only welcomed but also guided and supported.

Firstly HR and Director both are Rude, Egoistic. Company arranges the working days according to work load that means you have to work all 7 days while in workload. And wont be paid for extra work. If you perform well you are not appreciated if you do a small mistake youll be insulted like we are paying you without any reason. Youll are not doing favour on us. Nothing to like but people around you very good & carring because when I fall sick every one was carrying. Like the people attitude around me . Your role will be good but i can't say hod , hr and CFO attitude as i fall sick and they asked me to resign.
