Horrible Company. Working timings are more than 12 hrs/day.They make you work like donkeys even on Sunday. No benefits like PF, gratuity anything as such. No leaves, no encashment nothing. Terrible working culture. Verbal bashing and extreme use of bad language. If you don't have a job sit at home but don't work here.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
