According to it infrastructure role Rotation shift stats from 12:00 midnight Sunday 09:00 pm to 08:00 am (3rd shift) Saturday shift direct 05:00 pm to 08:30 pm(2nd shift) Sunday shift 12 hrs duty direct 9:am to 9:00 pm 7 Days working shift if public or festival holiday comes 12:00 am shift only 1 staff will be there physically 03:00 pm shift only 2 members only For double duty shift after 12:00 am only 1 member only Very low strength at infrastructure..most of the region no it staff avilable for than 1 year Salary hike max 2500 to 3000 for Company profit linked incentive not getting at proper interval always getting to late and percentage getting deducted For every evening shift and night shift no cabs or vehicle avilable Mess night food very bad most of the days HR has no power...Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
