Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

The company is actually more open to innovative and creative paste and are very ready to adopt technology improvements, I work in the account and finance as team worker to assist in store office and mostly stocktaking and recording store materials on daily, monthly and annual basis. It was very interesting both also challenging.
