Salary is not good. Incentives are very very less. They don't care about 3rd part payroll employes. Not that much interaction with MnM.

While i appreciate the opportunities with Last mile mobility, although not my choice but had to work, i have faced many concerns regarding the organizational dynamics. I have observed and faced many instances of internal politics. I have observed that Mrs.Suman Mishra's approach to leadership lacks clarity on ground realities and isinfluenced by the national heads and departmental heads and results in biased decision making. The main focus of Mrs. Mishra is to be visible on social media and create a buzz. Additionally, the HR - Mrs.Anisha Saluja is a chanakya of politics, i believe her vested interests take precedence over employee welfare.
