It was not easy to resign from Club Mahindra, It was difficult and my heart was heavy hearted and I still regret the decision I made at the time. But at same time sadness overloaded thinking that the people who created me professionally didn't understand my situation and problems..... please don't take one side decision. See both sides of the problem.

On site sales that's the only good in this job

13 hour job and more above and you will have to do 8-10 days without leave work sometime that's toxic work and if you wanna for leave they won't you take holiday or leave you will have to work on fastival they'll provide 3 times meal but that's food quality is very bad if you can work that type of company so it's ok welcome to hell because you don't deserve work life balance every day you'll get mental troma...Read More

Rapid development of lots of skills. Will really benefit over long term in personal and professional life. For a 21 yo graduate aspiring to go for an MBA program in marketing can do it in this job working for around 3 years. Very hard work required. Will provide edge over other sales professionals for sure.

Work life balance is almost impossible. Lack of routine. Company’s policy to clawback earned incentives. Highly disorganised KRA. Too much travel fatal to physical and mental well being. Ethics is in papers only, compromised often to achieve sales. Un sustainable for extended period of time. Not recommend for a married person as leaving home for many days is frequent.

1. Poor work life balance : Do not join this organisation if you are married or bought up with childrens. 2. Poor management : Do not focus on marketing team instead they ask leads from reference. 3. Poor Incentive program : Incentives are peak even if possible you can earn 1 lac only as incentive but criteria to attain incentive isneed to struggle a lot which means you have work on weekoff aswell. 4. Poor time management : You can come to office any time before 11.30 pm but atleast need to stay for 11.00 pm at venue place where event is conducted instead you can have shift timings or something else. 5. there was nothing to like in this company i worked in ludhiana office and varun bhasin is manager who always use abusive languages and always poking to sales executives

they do harassment till you are not going to give resign and apart from this their existing customers are not happy earlier sales team make fake promises to clients to achieve their targets and they also not give your full final settlement after resign upper level managers are fraud totally
