Worst place to work coz the one who all are superiors always keep judging and it is not a good place to work. I'll really not recommend anyone to work over there. In very less salary they will keep pushing us to work more then our actually limit.

Salary increment very less even after very good business. Old people monopoly they doesn’t want to improve and they try to very worst politics. Less leaves & poor medical policies. People are taking disadvantages of flexible working & no punching policy.

Mahindra finance is my first job and I came from Technical Background and learning finance knowledge and mahindra finance was a great support for my financial condition every month before 30th I used to get credited in salaried account.

Still required in tech side improvements needed like Mis Reports should be maintained properly and they should use licensing tools such as PowerBi Liecensed version for better data reports

For learning purpose, the company is good but client is worst. They always create pressure on employees once any issue occurred in network. Completely multivendor setup so sometimes employee is confused that which skill he want to develop.

Client is more worst. Senior IT team is not supportive, they always creating pressure on employees. Very bad client. If you hired as a senior network engineer then you will have to improve your patience to handle them. No salary improvement. I worked around 2 and half year but at the time of leaving the company my salary is same.
