The first thing I would like to point out is Mahindra and Mahindra never fail to credit remunerations. Perfectly on time. For me that was very satisfying. it is an awesome place to work in. Work culture is very good. I was lucky enough to have a good colleague which helped me alot to learn and to grown within the organisation.

Dislikes

The thing which mattered me most is when it comes to customer delivery. If the customer arrives late , no staff would stay up for the paper work or the delivery process you are on your own. Incentive structure is poor. There has been some issues regarding it while I was working there . Nevertheless that was the only time It happened. So no hard feelings.
