Mahindra has a good work culture and environment.

Dislikes

I enjoy my current position, but one area that my present employer could improve is employee retention. I can feel the whole team’s mood dip when we receive an email that yet another person has left. Otherwise, it’s a great office environment and I’ve enjoyed all of the projects and work.

Everything was fantastic it may be of job culture, policies , management .I have satisfied with all over performance that i have been gone through .I want appreciate mahindra groups for taking care of every person in these pandemic situation ( covid-19 ) by giving precautions .

Dislikes

I have thought much about training in mahindra .But i haven't satisfied with that, especially with co-workers and their skills giving to new joiners besides that everything in mahindra was phenomenal to be proud and to be part of mahindra.

Work Details

I have went in mahindra as an GAT . In starting 6 months of my 1 year trainee period as i was in job training and another half months i took charge as an line officer in front axel in 2nd shift in mahindra farm division.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
