The company teaches a lot ,how to work hard,what are the efforts an employe should take in difficult times.

As I am in a two wheeler segment which is new in this sector ,so there are lots of work to do in Mahindra Mahindra (Two wheeler Segment), the things which I dont like is there is no fix time of leaving the office and there are no holidays and they takes a lot and lot of hardwork and pays very little which is not fair .
