Biggest theifs culprits uncultured and not at all worthy people are handling the CIS department ( company infrastructure services ) looting for years on behalf of granting and administrating contract of different vendors for services provided to Mahindra and Mahindra group especially Mahindra towers worli specially AGM of CIS department Mr prabhakaren continusely harrassing staff of Mahindra group working as a permanant staff and also contract staff of vendors like FG and frisca services which provides housekeeping receptionists drivers etc due to his loots in the name of contract renewal for vendors he demands bribe commision percentage from vendors plus shortlisting manpower of contract labour purposely in the name of cost cutting on which even vendors are harrsing to contract labours the adverse effect of just one person has made the working environment in Mahindra tower at its worst peak CIS AGM he himself has been cought in financial scam for looting in Mahindra Holidays even though he has been admited in Mahindra CIS department on AGM post people like him are looting Mahindra and Mahindra group for years I hope Anand Mahindra sir isn't aware of all these things happening me myself I had work at Mahindra towers as a gym trainer for past 9 years under frisca vendors and even our salaries were looted on the name of COVID-19 and we were forcefully made to quit our job and take full and finall by saying company is not giving salary to CIS so tht CI S can't pay to vendors this was reason given even our gratuaty were looted bye our vendors and there are many other reasons due which the working conditions are not good to work at Mahindra towers complety unsatisfied I was...Read More

Budget 2025 was a bummer!

I am earning 13.5 lpa and appraisal would be around 8-9% this year...so next fiscal year I would be earning around 14.6. it is kind of disappointing to see how a person who earns less than me gets more money in hand and it would take me almost two more years and appraisals to get that money in hand. Any clarifications or suggestions on tax saving is appreciated!..thanks
