Too much internal politics, no one listens to your complaint, you are treated like trash if your ideas don't align, you are not allowed to even do your job properly, treat people from other states like outsiders, students are taught internal politics from the beginning, from security staff to dean everyone is dipped in internal politics,even canteen, mess, drivers, everyone. Hindu and Hindi-dominating people are only good here. Saturday no off, Bank employees are even better than here. No environment for research. The attendance time slot is just 8:40 - 8:50 am. If you miss the attendance, your half salary is gone.

The university is administration-dominated, with no value for academics/academicians. The faculty hired is not qualified. One such example is Dr Vishal Verma (Anatomist). He doesn't know how to make a presentation. First-year students can present better than him. He has absolutely zero knowledge about his domain and keeps on repeating the same thing in the lecture. He maintains his terror in such a way that students get afraid of him because he has control over his marks. He could not even answer the queries of the first-year students. New learning, NABH related classes, BLS, Acls classes ,building structure and hard work of nursing staff towards their patient care

Dislikes

-dont give salary increment timely to a nursing staff -they dont appreciate nursing staff - in every situation it is the nursing staff who are at fault e.g if the Dr. Has not sign the file, then why did the nursing staff not get it done. - their is too much writing work especially for the nursing staff.
