My department was just starting at the time I joined. So, it was good work- life balance for me.

Its really hard to pick one. The management is pathetic, least educated and arrogant people. Every month they will deduct large sum of your salary, giving some kind of trivial reason. No one takes the responsiblity of their work and its just one man institution. Believe it or not there are no work rules there and as soon as they give you appointment letter, they treat you as servants of that institution. Worst part is they will give you least amount of leaves and can call you even on holidays. In my experience its been the most absurd work place for me. Work was fine. Not so hectic I would say.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
