School has no progressive plan or vision. They also have poor Recruitment policy for teachers. No appraisal from past 5 years. Lot of dis satisfaction in staff prevails due to lack of management's interest into School. Poor Work Ethics and No organization Culture exists to promote professional growth of staff. Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
