This is Maharashtra State Transport corporation. I am working in the workshop as junior technical assistant. This is semi government that secure my job. Daily maintenance and repair of the heavy vehicle and make some easy assemble part of it. Daily greasing of wheel hub. Change break shoe and clutch facing is my job and some time I inspect the vehicle.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Main reason is politics and irresponsible officer. Those officer can't take responsibility of the vehicle failure and some accident issue. They can't give the new material and new spare part of which is damage.

Work Details

I am working in two shifts day and night. In night shift maintenance of vehicle is difficult when vehicle is break down in outside. I learnt almost evo on job.
