Mahyco has got all the good seeds in it with good work environment and culture. Teammates have been very supportive and the management is transparent from the start. Company policies are very good! I have been working with dedicaton, hard work and discipline. Mahyco has shaped me for my better and for my future growth and I hope it continues to do the same.

Mahyco has not been launching new products lately. And there has been a bit of lack of judgment of the human potential and tendency .

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
