Ex employees who left the company - They dont know the value of the company just they bark like anything on the social platforms for no cause. They create the politics outside the office and get them into the office and spoil the floor, they act like they are the gentlemens on the floor, they dont know how to treat the co employees... Likes

Unethical and inhuman behaviour of compnay top business leaders. Do not have any human Values towards employees. Even they do not behave properly to HR . The owner himself shouting and misbehaving employees. Too bad culture. Please do not join this company otherwise you will loose your mental and internal pease.

Employees having less knowledge and more attitude . The old employees are doing poltics and the toxic culture is also promoted by Top Management.

No employee satistfaction, Management will not Speak on Employee concerns. Company dont have any Policy ..Employee is equal to Labour. work Culture is Average .

Dislikes

Work culture with teammates is good, No job security, Should not speak about career growth, they dont follow appraisal system,. Totally no satisfaction with Companys rules and regulaations.When a employee resigned from the postion Management will not even speak with employee on there resignation.
