Higher responsibilities at early stages of career

Dislikes

Unprofessional approach w.r.t team planning - resources are shuffled frequently in middle of the assignment No job security for average performers High pressure due to high staff attrition and everything is always your fault irrespective of the situation Is a constantly degrading organisation in terms of quality,work culture as compared to 4-5 years back

Excellent place, people and clients to work with. Perhaps must place for a good Internal Auditor.

Personal touch was missing on few occasions but that can never be the excuse not to work

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
