It is being 2.5 years since am working over here and joining Magnus was one of my best career decision. Good work culture with no office politics, the team and the bosses are very cooperative and supportive, they are always ready to help and would never make you feel demotivated. Great working culture with flexi working hours. Directors have always extended support and are very co-operative.

Nothing till day. It's been 4 yrs and I have enjoyed working here. No politics at all.

Initially when I joined they were really good till 3 to 4 months.

Dislikes

They give wrong commitment to employees for appraisal and benefits. Favouritism, bad culture, torture employees every now and then. Whenever any employee try to leave they make sure they will destroy there career. Not giving statutory benefits not giving appraisals and FNF

Likes

Worked with the company for 6 months and regret doing so. The people who work with the company would feel good initially but then they start pushing you off limits and yeah they don't even pay you for that.

Dislikes

Everything related to Magnus has been terrible. The team is unprofessional they dig into your personal life. Many people who left the job are not even paid their salary and incentives.

Work Details

Its hectic. They will bring in very small companies and ask you to get individuals for salary lower than 10k and ask you stay late in office or work on a holiday and if you're good at it then may god bless you!

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
