Magna is the best company I ever worked with. For juniors compensation is not that good, even though juniors get double digit percentage increment still less than competitors. Teammates are very nice and helpful. Teammates not only provide guidance in work but also on personal things. Work life balance is awesome. One can take long leave if informed in advance. For freshers it's good place to learn. I started my career as fresher in magna and now I know how lucky i was. I only left magna for salary hike and to check whether other companies are as good as magna or not . And now I know magna is best....Read More

Even though for freshers increment % is good but because of initial low package it doesn't make big difference.
