I like the environment being so dynamic and people being always on their foot. Company has given me freedom of thought and take initiatives. Appraisals have standard cycle unlike other startups and much organized.

There is nothing to like about this company. Dreaming of competing with Zomato and Swiggy. It's like Alto comparing with Ferrari

Worst and ill-behaved managers. Attitude is on different level and they don't know how to behave and they expect you to upscale Magicpin more than Zomato and Swiggy. Overall I would suggest go and look for a different organization to work for...This is by far the worst startup with no clear picture and roadmap.

They will destroy your career once you accept their offer and put down your paper in current company. No proper management, no one to manage the office in short I haven’t seen such a mess inside any company. The worst part is HR specially Tanishka and other’s people they will follow up on you to join ASAP as they have follow their deadline and once you’re in no one care what you’re doing, are you reporting to the office or not.
