The company had hold the entire department on Leave without Pay (LWP) during lockdown and that is justificable (Covid-19) but, the company hasn't recall the employees when the market got stable and instead started hiring new employees.

Dislikes

No growth at all, work pressure is at its peak they won't leave you even after your shift ends and they will call you for their work irrespective of where you are and what time it is they will force you to complete the task

Teamwork was the greatest feature there. However, jobs are not much secure when compared with other organisations. No inter team promotion or tests to search for internal Tallent inorder to fill any vacancy.

They have not supported there employees as the government had announced for21 day lockdown after one day my manger called and said to give me Regine if I will give send my regine letter they will terminate according to them they were not having fund that is why they have asked many employees to give Regine we were asked to give Regine with a hour

My work was to check the quality of the merchant support team there I work in freshdesk to check the ticket . What resolution is provided to merchant it was correct or not and provide training to people give feedback to the team

Magicpin was my first company that I worked in. So to kick start my career that company taught me a lot. How to manipulate, how to do politics. I can guarantee you will not learn anything valuable there.

Dislikes

There are many departments that they will hire you for. In inside sales department sometime yog might have tolerate abusive language sometime. If u r not performing rather than helping your senior would ask u to resign. You can learn all the bad things that u can there. Politics, manipulation, talking about behind back you just name it but not a single good thing which will help you to grow in ur career. Literally in every department only chamchas will be promoted and the people who work hard for the company even on paper will be left wondering what more they need to do to get promoted. I should not take names here so yeah I can vouch for every line written by me here. There is no career growth, no financial growth, no skill development in that company. So I would suggest not to waste your valuable time there and work somewhere else. I am giving this review by my experience only. I worked in magicpin in brand privilege department. I had to ask all the merchants of magicpin to download a software in their billing machine so that magicpin will get all the bills they print basically they were asking to do fraud.
