I would like to give overall zero to the company or if it's possible I would give .0 because MAG is a worst company that I have ever seen in my career. Interms of learning, growth you never get a opportunity. I believe that company doesn't show any partiality to their employees I mean whether it could be off-roll or on-roll. The main disadvantage is the HR and some people whoever working in the company in Managerial position is not good and they are the main reason to feel bad about the company.
