I would like to give overall zero to the company or if it's possible I would give .0 because MAG is a worst company that I have ever seen in my career. Interms of learning, growth you never get a opportunity. I believe that company doesn't show any partiality to their employees I mean whether it could be off-roll or on-roll. The main disadvantage is the HR and some people whoever working in the company in Managerial position is not good and they are the main reason to feel bad about the company. And they not pay the proper salary to the off-roll employees....Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
