Corporate politics is deep rooted, especially FP&A, lead only promotes those having close relations. HR sings the tune of the leaders with no say. Weak HR leads to all such freeway enjoyment by back office senior people.

Dislikes

Weak HR function and big time corporate politics.

FP&A is not a place to work. Don't promote compassion, integrity of company values.
