1- The way of convincing the employees from the management team. 2- Trainee's are well motivated or encouraged in the work field. 3-Few German make machines were imported.

Company is started making fool to people from sending health check up letter instead of offer letter. They don't provide you ctc in written president level person lie and show false data if you will not obey him. Harrasing the employees. Zonal head is make every day conference in every 3hours till midnight 11 behave like slave and management will hide his bad behavior by giving you false data.
