1- Lot of immature Engineer's/ Manager's are available. 2-Sometiems the environment feels like a war zone, which can disturb our mental peace. 3-Lot of unwanted pressure's can be seen. 4-Its like an mini J&k. 5- If anyone frustrated with there life means then it will be the best place to work.

They don't provide you ctc in written president level person lie and show false data if you will not obey him. Harrasing the employees. Zonal head is make every day conference in every 3hours till midnight 11 behave like slave and management will hide his bad behavior by giving you false data.
