There are lots of politice outcome during working hours .there is HELPLESS HR in local plant .Uneducated employee posted them and given highly responsibility .There HR was always change rule as well as day by day. Working atmosphere is very poor. HR feel like as GODFATHER, they could not revert after any query .Even do not know about them HR POLICY EVEN THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO FOLLOW "GMP" IN PHARMA COMPANY.,There security feel like as ARMY THEY SOMETIME THEY TREAT FORCEFULLY, Lots of argue and with help of HR department staff.sometime they torching during working hours. During company premises they are forcing to follow like near clean shav, dress code , shoe etc...even they do not follow the rules during them shift time. But with strong employee they let them go for working . Every day in night shift they are sliping turn by turn at local plant. THEM Behaviour WAS NOT GOOD WITH EX.EMPLOYEE SUCH AS HR DEPARTMENT. If you want to make your life hell then only join this company. Even if you are jobless and cant find a job still dont join this company. I regret each day WHY i did join here. AC is switched off from 1-5pm. No water in water dispenser. No canteen. The lights are turned off after 6pm. The floor and table is not even cleaned in a month. The dustbin plastic is changed once in 2 years. Absolutely no hygeine, 1 washroom per floor which is dirtier than public washrooms. Mosquitos in the building. The ceiling leaks water in rainy season. The owner and management does not give a _ about employees and treat you like shit No HR in the building. No additional perks are provided. If you take leave your salary is cut. If you want an yearly increment you have to sign a bond of 2 years compulsory or else stay at the same salary even after joining 3 years. 1/3/5th Sat working but they call you on all saturdays + expect you to work on sundays as well. There are more number of cctv camera than perks provided. Using cellphone during work hours is not allowed. And after all this if you say something against management they might take you to court. No work life and hr policy very bed. Maintaiy haresemnent of Head and no other Facility in dahej plant canteen so poor food quality company 10 years old other then MNC company. Dahej plant is so bad if you given offers gayus do not joint there is my peesanal experience so poor life culture.
