Over all I had good experience. Maximum Couleages and management were supportive.

Dislikes

Sometimes, some backbiters are also showing their influence here as everywhere I other offices.

Salary ,appraisal and job security totally depend on line mgr personal relationship not hard working n smart working. Training timely is excelent

Working inviroment is very horrible, every time line mgr give threaten n negetive report to complaint higher level.etc

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
