In macchem very healthy culture for work. In R&D Technical support is very good. All policies are help for individual and personal life. Dr. Anuj jain not accept any kind of politics and he encouraging and motivate to all employees. Alway focus on knowledge, Hardwork and honesty. He have very sound knowledge of chemistry.

Company culture is not good.Eating non-veg food is not allowed.One has to wait for a long time after finishing the duty of the company.There is no mobile allowed in the company

Mac chem group is excellent place to work in terms of job security, can learn from highly qualified general manager, better salary benefits which comes in exact given date. I have worked in this R&D for about one year. In this period I am mentally harassed by HOD. Every day I worked for 13 to 14 hrs. If your work complete in 8 hours still you have to stay for 13 hrs. My family is totally disturbed (No family life). In R&D everywhere they placed CCTV(even in the canteen also) you cannot talk with your colleague if you do so, you will be called by HOD. The HOD is behaving like the owner of this company. My worst decision is to join this R&D. Luckily I got job but remaining people's are struggling everyday. All the above positive comments are given by HOD only. Do not trap in these comments and don't join Mac chem R&D(even you will get 50% hike)this is my humble request to you all....Read More
