Here in mvj releving period is 3 months, it not comfortable.. Suddenly we got any opportunity we can't go for it. Becouse so many crusual procedure going on to releving. If 24 releving means give one reliever and pay back the 3 month salary.. Its not fair, really its not expectebl. In other hospital they taking only 1 mnth salary pa back. Then some ofy friends releving from here with 1 yr of experience. Bt the mvj didn't giv them the experience cirtificates they only give the releving odr. Please understand we all r working here for experience cirtfict. They this many years we are working right wt the point? All these thigs hav to change....Read More
