Firstly, I must express my disappointment with the overall organizational culture at LDH. There appears to be a lack of transparency and communication. Furthermore, my interactions with the HR department have been particularly disheartening. I have found them to be unresponsive and indifferent to employee concerns. Basic inquiry and requests for assistance are often met with delay or brushed aside entirely. Additionally, the company policies and procedure seems to be outdated and inflexible. Moreover, the dedication of 10-20% of variable pay from the overall CTC is excessive and has led to a significate decrease in take-home salary.
