Luminous is a company that has a great working culture, though the work pressure is there but, the working environment is warm and friendly. The Seniors are supportive and they provide the responsibilities along with authority making the individual to grow in a comforting environment.

Superiors are fully biased & don't have manners to talk to younger ones. Learning is not much, you have to be your own for your learning and growth, not much educated people some even don't know how to use excel properly and still are DM or AM. God!!. Choose wisely!
