A lot of holidays and very good work life balance, no restrictions on office timings

Dislikes

Since there’ll be no timing restrictions but you’ll be judged based on how many hours you spend on your seat You’ll be judged on your dressing sense by the HR If you have any problems at all, nobody is going to listen to you specially the HRBP Ther POSH policy is only for namesake, if the accused is at higher position then they’ll ruin your career.
