Only work life balance nothing else.

Dislikes

Everything but mostly managers do policitcs and they are good for nothing. No promotions, nothing happens even after great job done.no meaning of getting appreciation from onshore as well.they only take decisions for their benefit do not care for its employees.

For freshers it is good do politics with upper manager

Pathetuc company for senior developers no hr policy appraisial and other benefits all old employees grasp. They hire new employees without any mapping deploy them 3 to 4 years here and there. Always feels job risk and frastate employees so that he can put paper by himself if that agenda not successful then they tourcher and finally fire
