Nothing good..only good for politics..they know how to degrade individuals..who doesn't fall into their trap..advice to higher management please remove some idiots else the company will shrink...changing names will not work in future....previously the company name was different, then they changed it to centurylink and now it's lumen...and some old employees who all are fake people they doesn't understand anything..cos they got placed through fake certificate during early 2000..so what we can expect from those people.. currently they are into higher management..god save that company.....Read More

A lot will depend on the team you are working with. Most of the projects do not have a busy work schedule and employees get time to spend the way they feel like. Nature of work would be like any other IT company, nothing very different. Company facilities are good like shuttle service.

Dislikes

Overall the company has been going through a hard time for over a year, there was no hike for all the employees in the year 2018, and 2019 is also expected to be the same. Variable pay was less than 60% of the committed amount in offer letter.
