A lot will depend on the team you are working with. Most of the projects do not have a busy work schedule and employees get time to spend the way they feel like. Nature of work would be like any other IT company, nothing very different. Company facilities are good like shuttle service.

Dislikes

Overall the company has been going through a hard time for over a year, there was no hike for all the employees in the year 2018, and 2019 is also expected to be the same. Variable pay was less than 60% of the committed amount in offer letter.
