My experience with the LPCPS is excellent. The job is almost secured and it's all depended on the skills and abilities of the concerned person how he or she handles his/her students as a professor or whatever capacity he/she works in. Work culture is pro employees and pro students i.e. the institute is totally indulged in overall development of its students as well as its employees too, so that they could improve their personel skill set. Management is truly competent enough to establish the institute one among the top institutes of the state. The ambience in the institute is always very friendly and helpful which truly denotes the company's policy.The emergence of so many successful students into new avatar of the part of the successful soceity , is self eveident. Dislikes

I see no dislikes in the work culture and other related things, so everything is okey from my side..no complaint. others may have some frictions or discontent but, in my opinion, it should not be worth mentioning.
