teammates depends on how u can easily bond with them,job security is good but growth is very slow. u can develop a skill in the company,seniors can guide any new joinee about the work if he/she found any difficulties in completing

Work environment is worst. your work-life balance is goes by sideways/ fade away by working IN LUCAS INDIAN SERVICE LTD.No policies is exist in the company, company management is talked about policies but it is changed on everyday and its whatever policies available its applicable to only certain peoples & some people can ignore itas per their wish. you have to work on Sunday's without any pay & you can't leave the office after exact working hours if u leave after exact working hours you will be branded 6 DOT COM,irresponsible, useless etc. if someone has ability to work by closing eyes and say yes to everything by the superiors without using own thought then it will be good company to work in. Pay scale is also very low compared to other company in same industries with same job description...Read More
