If you are thinking about join as admin please don't join they are treated admin as housekeeping staff. And environment is very much bad...they will send you to get tea from shop and they will send you to beauty shops and they will give pressure to bring students ( like sales) thing.

Company is very unprofessional or very unhealthy work culture in it. Their is Dictatorships in company. No one is support if you are right because of fear of finance team & HO politics. company do the unethical things in company. also all are do the unity to down some one who are right or do the right things. Company have not proper HR policy and not do the induction of new joiner. Using abuse language and humiliation from manager to employees even if female employees. Very high level politics make again honest and hard working employees who are not leak foot of their boss. company throwback employees after use their skills and make them target to leave their job. they are not pass bills after travel for work and in starting they are says this is your company don't worry about your bills are take some time for approval but not denial and after their work done they stating to denial bill and says bills are in cash, bills are upload late etc. if their is in minus rating i will be give them that. they have boss culture not leadership culture. company management doing inhuman behavior with the employees. In past company stop and deduct amount in salary and incentive in salary and F&F amount of their previous employees. They have not threat of government and laws on their statement....Read More

There is no job security, no progress in life and most important thing is boss is not cooperating, these people want employees on low salary and those who ask for salary are fired, even HR head is not good
