They damage employees careers by throwing them out any day they want to without any justification. They consider they can ruin anyone's career as and when they want as they are Hitler employers. Kicked out their own cofounder with cheap politics and biasness between German and Indian employees. Now they want to shut down India operations so slowly damaging Indian employees. Tell it clearly to everyone and don't ruin employees when you yourself don't know what you want to do 0 job security as they fire employees anytime they want They do time pass with employees when they feel like they throw you out No one should join this company so that they understand power of employees as they feel employees are beggars sitting on streets and management can behave with them as they feel like. In the early times they had a great team and use to work like a unit but few old timers who were fav of MD did shit load politics and were given major responsibility which they failed the blame was put on poor team and firing was done at will.

No work life balance: the day never ends here and in the name of startup you will be asked to complete 20 days work in 2. They call them SaaS product but are nowhere near to it. Good people were fired at will and rest left coz of the same Roles are so ambiguous that no one knows what to do Sr Management has no clue on how to run tech company they say it needs to run like a Factory
