There is a proper hierarchy of work flow, where lower management do not have much power. Sometime even on off, you have to come on work for which you are given a CL(compensatory leave) that you can use some other day but for that day it become compulsory.

The working for Fun at time, When people are you are lively and energetic. You need to complete the 5 hours 30 min. Of Working every day out of 8 hour working time.
