I got the opportunity to travel in Indonesian Country side, very good experience of meeting coffee farmers learnt about crop estimation.

Dislikes

Nobody tells you what to do, process if not well defined, bosses do not appreciate the good work, nor do they reward you for the hard work. Do not work in analytics department, bosses do not nothing about analytics and they expect magical results from very poor data they have.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
