Management is good. But plant level persons are very efficient in knowledge, they having no knowledge of proceess and systems.

Dislikes

Bad politics in plant at Greater Noida by plant head and QC head. HO HR is like puppets.. They hvae no experience of enhancing the skill of employees.. Head HR don't know anything about the plants she is dependant on her juniors who have not basic idea about HR.

MD and his family change the formulations of products as per their wish even play with the preservative % .Even force Q.A to pass the batches with high microbe load. Products launched in market without real time and stability testing completed,records of the same Made fake.All rules bent as per wishes of MD and his family.

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role.
