Over all company is ok but, if be specific PPIC manager is not good. Everything is dependent on you manage. And PPIC manager is very poor. he is in company since long and he will make sure that you can't stay more then 2 Years to maintained his monopoly.

There is a lot of politics involved in the Greater Noida plant, Here your report is marked as 0, there is no assurance of getting a job here, no one will support you, rather you will be spoken to rudely,there is absolutely no support from seniors, due to which you will feel that it would have been better if I had not joined this.
