Its better to work in a political party rather working here,expenses will always get dedcuted irrespective how true they are. Internal politics of management and some egoistic seniors who doesn't want growth of their juniors colleagues and always create unnecessary trouble and this directly hamper company's work. Demotivating colleagues instead of boosting their morale. Settling personal scores through pointing unnecessary means across departments.
