There is no proper job role followed, being an assistant manager I am forced to work like a shift supervisor, work hours are getting extended day to day, not able plan my weekend with family, mid night also have to answer phone calls, too much of office politics, the more you work the more you will get work, no increment more than 8% if you work to the core, even though if you are well qualified for promotions have to wait for 3 years minimum that's what they have as a eligible criteria...
